From my mind to yours

I moved to Berlin as a mechanical engineer, discovered Design Thinking and spent over a decade consulting global companies such as Nestlé, Lufthansa, Porsche, and Deimler in learning and employee experience design.

Today I’m having fun as People Experience Manager in Flix.

As an venezuelan woman building a life in a new country, I went through a deep personal journey of exploring my identity and the patterns that limited my joy. It led me toward more conscious, grounded, and spiritual approaches to developing confidence in myself and and life.

My work is rooted in creating experiences where we reconnect with our inner wisdom, restore inner harmony with compassion, and begin to create change in our outer lives so we can more fully enjoy our time on this planet.
