From my mind to yours

I moved to Berlin as a mechanical engineer, discovered Design Thinking and spent over a decade designing and facilitating group learning experiences for global companies such as Nestlé, Lufthansa, Porsche, and Deimler.

Today I’m having fun as People Experience Manager in Flix.

As a venezuelan woman building a life in a new country, I went through a deep personal journey of exploring my identity and the patterns that limited my joy. It led me toward more conscious, grounded, and spiritual approaches to developing confidence in myself and life.

I trained as a quantum family constellator in 2024. My mentors are la profe María Luisa Fernández and Heidi Garcia from Venezuela.

I’m a sensitive being convinced we are our own guides and that all the answers we’re looking for are inside us.

My work is rooted in creating experiences where we reconnect with our inner wisdom, restore inner harmony with compassion, and begin to create change in our outer lives so we can more fully enjoy our time on this planet.
